Hubert Bath
Soloist: Philip Fowke
Hubert Bath wrote the "Cornish Rhapsody" for the Gainsborough Pictures' film, "Love Story" in 1944. Trying to find images for this film on the web proved very difficult probably because the music outlived the film. Sorry, Margaret Lockwood fans, but this surely was not one of her best. Below includes photos of the Cornwall Coast, where part of the film was made.

Footnote: (Windows Systems) If you have trouble playing the selection with streaming media, right click Start | Explore, then Tools | Folder Options | File Types. Look for MP3 Files and change the associated file type to an appropriate streaming media player. You may have to install a corresponding appropriate streaming media player. We recommend the Windows Media Player 9 (Sound) Series rather than the latest one. That is because it works with Windows 98 SE, the Zenith standard. We avoid XP, Vista, and the like because Microsoft leases them and you need permission every time they are installed on a different computer. Also, they may clobber older operating systems when networked with them.
